Sale, Special Offer & Discount Codes: Offers and online discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sale or Special Offer items.

Returns & Refunds: If you need to return an item, please let us know. Products must be sent back unused and unworn within 10 days from dispatch for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds after this date. Please return safely as we are not responsible for returned goods that go astray. We do not refund delivery charges or postage for returned items.  

Privacy:  Your privacy is important and we do not make our mailing lists available to any other parties. 

Legal Statement: Monstervintagekids total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Monstervintagekids to the customer.  Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, specifications and photographs are accurate and correct, however slight variations can occur. Please be aware that all items are vintage and therefore should be treated with love and care.  Please always hand wash clothes. We can not be held responsible for any shrinkage or damage following use of a washing machine or dryer.
