Amazing, light sundress in a washed out navy cotton , speckled with tiny white polkadots. Flat bandeau top with thin, double spaghetti straps, flower appliqué on chest in red, yellow and green, tiered 'skirt' with two stripes of red and yellow ricrac running all the way round and a simple band of smocking to elasticate the back.
