Adorably cute cotton dress in a light turquoise with a 50's style repeat print of a cartoon dog wearing a bow and holding a flower in mustard yellow, brown, cream and red. Small Peter Pan collar, cap sleeves, waisted, full 'skirt' tie-back belt and three white buttons to fasten at the back.
